Callander Youth Project

Please find below some information on the return of Callander Youth Project after-school youth clubs (P6-S3), including sign-up information.

Youth clubs will be restarting from the end of August with groups for P6, P7 and S1-3 living within the McLaren High catchment area.

Sessions will run on the following days/times (not including school holidays), starting  Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st of August.

Sign-up for these is now live, with a limited number of spaces available.

Some Covid protective measures (face coverings indoors, etc) will still be in place at least initially, but will confirm this in due course.

We’ll also be returning to our normal fee structure, after not charging for last year’s sessions. This is a one-off (annual) £5 membership fee, plus a weekly £1 charge. We don’t want this to be a barrier that prevents anyone from attending, so if it could be an issue, please just let us know.

We’re happy to waive this where required. If you have any questions, please just get in touch and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. For those who sign-up, we’ll start getting back to you all tomorrow to let you know if you’ve been allocated a space.

Thornhill Public Meeting

Thornhill Community Trust (TCT)

Invites you to a Public Meeting on Zoom

3 November 2020 at 7.30pm

The Trustees have arranged a special members meeting to discuss their response to Inverdunning/WS Dunsire’s pre-planning consultation.

ALL WELCOME

The agenda will include background to the meeting, a chance to hear others’ views, a TCT members’ vote and a chance to think about the future for Thornhill.

New to Zoom? – it’s easier than working a mobile phone and you won’t have to go out in the cold! It’s not an ideal way to get together but it’s the best we’ve got meantime. Why not give it a shot?

Email: thornhillstirling@gmail.com by 29 October for the Zoom link to join in.

Not on the internet?  You should have received a paper copy of the plans through the post – that’s your chance to let the developers know your views.
