A dilemma…As a result of the coronavirus crisis, we faced a dilemma about whether to print and deliver this edition or come up with a different solution.  Events moved quickly and the decision became clear; we would email as many copies as we could and print a limited number, for folk that do not have electronic access.

The digital solution…Thornhill Views only holds a limited number of readers’ email addresses on its distribution list.  Other local organisations hold other email addresses, but the organisations cannot share lists, as that may breach data protection regulations.  Therefore, Thornhill Views has distributed TV37 directly to the email addresses it holds and asked other local groups to “cascade” copies to their own email lists.  We apologise therefore if you receive more than one copy.

Another for traditionalists…As we know some folk don’t use the internet so we have printed a limited number of copies with them in mind. Robert has agreed to have these printed copies in the Village Store. If you know someone who would enjoy a copy and is not on the internet please try to let them know where it can be collected from Friday.

Please follow Government advice and do not go to the shop solely for a copy of Thornhill Views.  Only collect a copy when visiting the shop for other essentials. We are all very grateful to Robert and the team for their support as always.

We hope you enjoy Issue 37 and all our village’s world class news!

Kind regards and keep safe from us all at TV
